By accessing or using AnyGrid's website, services, or platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnyGrid. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

AnyGrid operates a community solar platform that connects urban households and businesses to remote solar farms through Virtual Net Metering (VNM) programs. Our services include:

• Matching customers with available solar farm capacity in their region
• Facilitating enrollment in DISCOM VNM programs
• Managing solar subscription or ownership agreements
• Providing solar generation tracking and billing support
• Connecting customers with NBFC financing partners (where available)

AnyGrid acts as a platform provider and aggregator. We do not generate electricity ourselves and are not a licensed utility provider.

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. AnyGrid is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Services
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code

Depending on your chosen plan, you may be required to pay subscription fees, ownership costs, or other charges:

• Subscription Plans: Recurring monthly or annual fees for solar credits
• Ownership Plans: One-time or financed payment for solar panel ownership shares
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice
• Refunds: Refund policies vary by plan type and are subject to individual agreements

You authorize AnyGrid to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

IMPORTANT: Solar generation estimates and savings projections are forward-looking statements based on assumptions and may not reflect actual results:

• Solar generation varies based on weather, seasonal changes, equipment performance, and grid conditions
• Savings estimates are based on current electricity rates and may change
• DISCOM policies and VNM rules are subject to regulatory changes
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Actual savings depend on your specific electricity consumption patterns

AnyGrid does not guarantee specific savings amounts or generation levels. All projections are estimates for informational purposes only.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code) are owned by AnyGrid and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYGRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DATA USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANYGRID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

AnyGrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination does not affect your rights and obligations under any existing solar subscription or ownership agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent AnyGrid from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (including DISCOM portals, payment processors, and financing partners). These links are provided for your convenience only.

AnyGrid does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
